The Card Reader can be plugged in directly to the MFD without the need for the SDIO Interface that was used previously and the USB Card Readers will function with the Equitrac embedded PCC v3 software that allow users to authenticate themselves at the Equitrac enabled device with either a Mifare, HID, Legic or Magstripe ID card.
