In March 2008, Joanna Massingham-Lamprell joined System One as their Customer Relations Manager. This new position within the company represents our commitment to ensure customer management remains at the heart of business. Joanna has joined us from Domino Printing (a global printing and coding manufacturer) where, as Team Leader, she was responsible for driving through improvements in customer service across the global export business.
