Once you've identified the right device, you may wish to know which options System One offer. System One offer three options
All of the above options are offered with a full Maintenance and Support Contract based on a cost per page / print. Generally, these contracts are fully inclusive of all black toner, parts, drums, development units, labour and preventative maintenance visits. System One also offers an optional Network Support Contract on an annualized or quarterly charge. This option covers all network printing and or software support over and above our standard maintenance contract. This option is particularly valuable to those organisations that do not have in house IT support to resolve network issues. As an alternative to a cost per print, System One offers an Assured Performance Contract on the higher end laser printers. This option includes two preventative maintenance visits and replacement parts. These machines usually come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. System One offer the option to purchase additional Assured Performance Contracts (APC's) on a two or three year basis. For details about the areas we cover, click here
