System One has guided and supported the copier printer requirements of Steptoe Johnson for many years.

Recently we have reviewed the effectiveness of their existing colour multi-functional devices against their current and future needs. Together we identified that whilst the existing kit had met their previous requirements, as a business they demanded higher speed, improved quality for colour prints and if we could deliver cost savings too they'd appreciate it.

The Solution

As a consequence of the functionality and colour matching qualities of the Ricoh devices, Steptoe Johnson has been able to bring the previously outsourced printing of their corporate literature in-house. Functionality such as "Print On Demand" means that they no longer order and hold large quantities of literature which over time becomes out of date, rather they print the quantity that they want for a specific purpose. Whilst this has delivered substantial savings in their external printing budget, they also know that customers are getting the very latest corporate information.
