The Background

Tees Law merged four offices within the Bishop's Stortford area into one new office, and were looking for a supplier capable of providing cover for all their regional offices who could also advise on a follow me print solution in order to allow users to retrieve print jobs from any device in any office.

The Challenge

System One recommended SafeCom as a follow me print solution which could be installed on new and existing MFD's across multi-vendor equipment, thus fulfilling Tee's Law requirements.

The Solution

System One installed 14 new Ricoh devices into their new offices in Bishop's Stortford, together with the SafeCom follow me print solution and then rolled out Safecom to their regional offices.
Tees Law are now also benefiting from System Ones new three tiered billing platform for colour devises, which are providing Tee's Law with cost savings now and into the future.
