The Background

Crosby & Woods has been a client for many years and has experienced several structural changes during that time. System One has always been on hand to advise, especially when the running costs of their small desktop printers were spiralling out of control.

The Challenge

System One analysed their usage and recommended devices which had lower TCO and  which in the long term would show a cost saving to the practice.

The Solution

System One installed 10 network colour printers together with 2 colour MFD's to meet all of Crosby Woods needs and put in place a fully supported maintenance contract inclusive of toners.
