System One has worked with Varian for many years providing them with a managed service contract for their in-house vending equipment.

The Challenge

Varian were looking for a supplier to provide 11 MFD's for their offices on one aggregated contract.

The Solution

System One proposed to standardise their MFD's in order that users would have a standard configuration and speed of device across the board on one aggregated contract.

System One installed 11 new Ricoh devices into Varian's offices on a linked contract providing them with cost saving in the future and a one stop shop with System One.
