The Challenge

Several YMCA offices had entered into a contract with a supplier who had ceased trading and had left them in a position where they sought a new maintenance provider for 20 MFD's. Also, being a charity the YMCA really had to look at reducing cost

The Solution

System One had provided service and support on a chargeable basis during the interim period while YMCA considered their options. System One recommended the new three tier billing platform in order to provide the regional offices with an all-inclusive support contract, along with cost savings.
